How does E&O insurance work?

Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance protects you and your clients if a real estate mistake or oversight leads to a claim. At NextEdge, coverage is provided through CRES (a Gallagher company). Instead of a big annual premium, we use a per-deal model: E&O is charged at the end of each transaction and, with proper disclosure, billed through escrow to the client as a Broker E&O/Compliance Fee. This keeps agent costs low while ensuring every transaction is covered.

Is Transaction Coordination required?

Yes. At NextEdge, Transaction Coordination (TC) is required on every closed transaction. Our in-house TC team manages timelines, disclosures, documents, signatures, and file compliance from contract to closing. This keeps every file clean, DRE-compliant, and ready for audit so you can focus on clients instead of paperwork.

Why is TC mandatory?

TC is mandatory because it protects you and your clients and supports our flat-fee, no-surprise model.

● It reduces risk by making sure required disclosures and forms are completed correctly and on time.

● It keeps every transaction consistent and fully documented for DRE and E&O purposes.

● It saves you hours of admin work per deal, so you can spend more time generating business.

Our pricing is simple and fully transparent:
